How much faster will 285's wear out ball joints and wheel bearing compared to the stockers. Just wondering when I can expect my front end to start needing work.

I dont know any technical answer but I can tell you I didn't replace anything until 140,000 miles(Driver side wheel bearing) and I have 285s, and had 305's on for about 35,000 miles before that.

Piece of mind you could order up the Cognito leveling kit with bilsteins and the steering upgrades (all 3) HD tie rods, idlor arm support and the Idlor pivot assembly. My ride is much much better even with stock tires still on.

also relize that the srw 3500 comes with bigger tires stock,so I think GM took that into consideration-
