I was able to find a regulator on ebay for $150. I might have just got lucky though. I did the install myself. There are a few things to remove to get to it but it wasn't to difficult to do. The dealership wanted to charge me $450 for labor.

Picked up the truck after dealer replaced injector pump and regulator. 10 miles later, SAME SYMPTOMS! Returned to dealer and they replaced injectors again under warranty and FIXED THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM. As you can tell, I'm a LITTLE upset. After reviewing the parts list, I noticed that the regulator was not listed. Does anyone know if GM Part# 97720662 injector pump includes the regulator? I know that they are available separate for $844 and $403 but its not listed on my bill that way. Think I got took. Any help would be great. Thanks!

What are the symptoms of each? Talked with a local non-dealer repair shop and he says the pumps don't go south that often.
