On the same ’94 Yukon with the whiney rear end I noticed what looked like 3 wastegate solenoids. What is up with that? Each had a different color spot, one was green, the other pink, and I can’t remember what color the third one was. Does the ’94 Yukon have a different setup for the vacuum pump? Is the vacuum pump used for more than just the wastegate on a 94?

it is an "s" code motor EGR valve on top. front sol is for wastegate and the others are for the EGR system which incorporates a baro sensor on the firewall( looks like map sensor)

Since you're having emmissions trouble, make sure there's 20 " vac on the baro and 15" of vac on the turbo actuator.
