Have not seen where to get the "kit" to do it, who does it, or how much it costs.

Most important is whether I should do it. What will it tell me.

When the email the results to you, you will be able to tell what is going on inside of your engine. The different metals, etc., they find in your oil will tell you what is going on either good or bad. Defintely worth the price.

A MUST if your going to extended drain intervals.

What is TBN??

TBN is for the total base number of the additive package I believe it is what tells you how much life is left in the oil. I'm not a expert but from what I've read you need to be looking for fuel content and antifreeze and water and the tbn # and silicon (dirt).Good luck
