I have a 2005 3/4 ton 4x4 with the floor selector. Drove to work this morning, and in the parking garage the front right wheel started binding like the CV joint was binding (tire was chirping, it did NOT want to change direction, and could feel a pulse in the steering wheel) whenever I was turning hard left. When I got home, I jacked up each front wheel, and everything spins fine.

Any ideas?

Figured it out...the ramp was icy, so the rear end limited slip was engaged...at the top of the ramp, (which was not icy), it wouldn't turn easily because the rear was still locked (the hard left caused the front right tire to chirp).
If I eased up the ramp without spinning the back tires, it turned just fine
