I have done the egr blocker plate on my lmm and what a pain in the a**. Just trying to get a little feed back from yall. I was wondering what would happen if you put 2 little blocker plates in up by the egr its self instead of the 1 at the back of the egr cooler. Removing the intake tube that is connected to the egr is much easier. What do you think?

mine was the PITA as well. if i understand what your trying to say, i think that the one big plate would be more benificial to tricking the egr system. with two it might have more problems with the sensors and stuff.
ps, have you noticed any black marks where the plate is?

if your running a tune that lets you run a blocker plate all the sensors are sut down. So I don't see how the sensors would affect anything. There are 2 holes that go from the egr itself to the intake tube. I will have the same affect as putting the 1 in the rear but much easier than the rear on lmm's. I guess what I am trying to ask with the rear open and the front closed do yall think there will be any problems with the egr cooler getting to hot as the air will be some what trapped in there. Basically it would be the same as unplugging you egr without putting a blocker plate in except when at high boost the egr will open a little if the plates are not there. No have not seen any carbon tracking on mine. Also I see you hsve an lbz, they are much easier than the lmm.
