If your determined to spend money then just about any air intake system will help you accomplish that. Removing the cat may give a louder whine than the intake. At the moment, it seems that studies/tests show that the stock box is the cleanest, but there hasnt been any real conclusive tests in regards to HP gain (I don't think...)
