my friend just got a superchips programmer for his 2003 6.0 he loaded the program and now it wolnt do anything. told him error 38. hes parked now any help??

If his stock tune is locked in the Programmer, it's either a tow job or find a ECM bench loader .... Good fricken luck,hope it works it has with other programmers .... Not that I've been there ....
