My truck for highway goes anywhere from 13-21mpg and city anywhere from 10-16 depending on how I drive...For the past couple months I have been getting an average of about 15-16 mixed city and highway

Looks like you have 285's on the truck now...When you do the lift and larger tires it'll only drop maybe 1 mpg ...Don't know how you drive but when I use to have my edge on 3 and keep my foot in it thats when i got the best milage...I get worse now with it on 1 and foot out of it...But then again I only drive maybe 9,000 miles a year now vs 30,000

I get about 14 mixed driving a little better if strictly highway and a little worse if lots of idling and city driving.

I just put my tires on Friday and drove pretty much all highway...with a little stop and go. I used an online converter to see what percent difference it was between my old tires and my new 305/85/R16 tire and it said that it was 84 percent (If I was doing 84 it would be really 100mph). I double checked it with mile markers and it was right on 84%. Anyways...I drove 186 miles which converted to 221.433 actual miles and I filled up with 13.670 gallons of diesel [at $3.95 :( ] So it ended up giving me 16.2 mpg. Before on the same trip I got 15.9mpg.

On my 2008 2500HD LMM my highway mileage went from 19mpg pre-lift to 15mpg post-lift. City mpg went from 15mpg pre-lift to 12.5 post-lift. These are just the facts of life when putting a lift on: "your mpg will decrease".

Now the question is given the current big rise in diesel costs: Would I do it again? Simply put: heck yeah!

i have 37in tires and i get about 300 miles to a tank of diesel with the short bed tank i think its 25 gallons so if you do the math thats 12 mpg that sucks but the reading on my truck says 14-17

I lost 3mpg in the city and almost 5 mpg on the highway. I just got back from a trip to Utah and I usually get 18-19mpg going and 19 coming home. This last trip I got 14 going and 15 coming home. This was at 75 mph average and I always hand calc and account for the larger tires.:(

Love the lift but DAMN these diesel prices are killing me!
