Just use a damp cloth. A damp paint brush works great on the vents and hard to reach spots like the window switches.

I would never use Armor All on anything. We owned a mini van for ten years as the dedicated family hauler. Every summer before the camping trip I would get the spare out from under the van and wash it and check the pressure. One year I decided to give it a good coat of Armor All. The next summer while doing my routine I couldn't believe it the tire was completely dried out and cracked throughout the treads and sidewalls. It held air but looked horrible and had to be replaced.

x2 on that............just a damp cloth works fine. No products which may, over time, dry out the dash, etc.............hate slippery, glossy finishes, ie Armor All.

I use Mequires Quick Detail Wipes

really nothing but a Handi-wipe, armour-all make a similar product too

works real well, and can use for quick cleanups of soda, coffee and such too

can fits conveniently under the seat, if you need one

I use on of those mini California dusters. They work very well, and what ever they put in the fibers really make the dash shine.

If you want to clean and protect it Aerospace 303 is the only thing I'd recommend.

I also agree on Aerospace but malco makes some SWEET stuff, just gotta find out where to buy.

....armorall does dry out most items including dashes and does not protect from fading!

I always clean it with Malco plastic cleaner and follow it with a light coat of Malco conditioner.....

Not true about the Amorall drying out dashes.....

Ummm, yeah it is...

NEVER use armour all!!!!!

303 to Condiotion, but if the dash has embedded dirt, use a Mjic Eraser to clean it. Then follow up with 303.

Baby wipes work well also. They are great for your leather seats too.

Is there a local retailer that carries the 303? Like Autozone, Boats US, etc? I'd never heard of it before and didn't know that about armorall! I'll throw it away immediately! How about Black Magic stuff?

Summit racing sells 303 as well as any marine (boat) retailer will have it or can get it for you. If anyone is interested, I will give you my suppliers number and he will sell it to you for about 50 bucks per gallon, and he does have smaller bottles as well. He has to charge tax, but the shipping is free. My supplier sells it for about 20% off of retail.

Places like West Marine should carry it....its good to keep it from drying out from the UV rays and also for fadeing. I however just use a cleaner when it needs it and then a conditioner everytime!
