I finally got my truck back from the shop. The mechanic was getting frustrated with this thing as well, he could not figure it out either. He has a buddy that is real familar with the 6.5's and told him to diconnect the exhaust from the turbo, guess what it started right up. So when it blew the head gaskets it filled the cat full of water or whatever put a new cat on it and it is running fine so far.

Just thought I would let you all know since there were a lot of people trying to help me out on this over the last year and a lot of money spent. So Thank you all

Good deal, Butch - all's well that ends well - and a very good (bad??) example of how long-distance diagnosis can go nowhere without the hands-on senses of touch, smell, and sight - everything's new except the VIN tag, so, with regular air, fuel, and oil filter maintenance, it should be trouble-free for a long while

Good to hear, but the best would be, if you will loose the "kitty" somewhere on the highway. No "kitty" - no problems with !
