I recently bought a 1997 Dodge Turbo.
I have excessive smoke, Someone has cranked this truck up or something.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Does not burn oil,

I had to pay a lot of money to get mine to smoke. Consider yourself lucky!! :D

To answer your question, do you have any idea what mods were done, or can you find out? If it has injectors or something of that nature, you'll either have to swap them out with some stock ones or possibly get a larger turbo to help with the smoke. If it's a simple plug-in box, you should be able to just remove it.

Don't know what has been done other than on the pump adjustment the adjustment screw had been screwed out some. the only way that I know this is there was green paint on the threads. when Iscrewed it back down to the green threads it seemed to smoke more so I went the other way. that helped a little.

Smoke is your friend. Just kidding. It might be prudent to ask what was done to the truck. Like he said. We pay a lot of money to get the smoke show.

Couldn't resist.

Yep best to ask if that doesn't work you will have to do some investigating.
