I have not had any problems with my LLY other than a slight drop in fuel economy probably associated with winter fuel. Should I get the reflash as a matter of course before installing my new Predator programmer?

It really will not matter, because the reflash will just be in your Predator, after you install one of the tunes...

I had mine reflashed after the Predator (I removed the Predator first), and it seems to run about the same, except the rough idle at 180deg is gone.

I am pretty sure the predator builds new tunes around your base tunes. So having the upgrade done should help. I might be wrong.
