6.2l k5 help please!
I have a 85 k5 that my boys and I have been restoring but it has developed a breaking/steering issue. When you break hard the pedel hits a point then goes to the floor the breaks never lock up and the steering goes totaly unresponsive till you let up on the break. I have replaced the sreering gear, power steering pump, master cylinder, hydroboost. so if anyone has any imput Ill take it!
thanks Dadof5

bleed the brakes,
beer break,
bleed the brakes again.

pay a shop to power bleed the system for you. (Faster)

Or:

Buy four of the check valve type bleed screws and a gallon of fluid, and bleed the system yourself, starting with the furthest wheel from the master cyl, and moving to the closest. Bleed til the fluid comes out clean and bubble free at each wheel.
(Cheaper)

Pretty much guaranteed that you'll be happier with the results if you bite the bullet and get them power bled. Plus, that way, if you're *not* happy, someone *else* gets to perform round two.
