I bought a 3500 because the price was right.... unfortuantely it's a 3500 :D

This weekend I want to pull a couple leafs out of the spring packs to see if it makes a difference. To do so I will need U-bolts and lift blocks. Do they stock them at Pep Boys, NAPA or etc? If not can I make them by stacking some 1/4" steel plate? They'd be easy enough to make with a band saw & drill press...

Please dont stack blocks. They are cheap... just go to one of the vendors.
