My truck is a 05 gmc and I have a rattle up on the top of the window? or some thing I can't see anything loose at all!!!! someone said that it might be the bug deflector on the front of the truck. Could this be true?

Does it only happen at highway speed?

mine does it and i dont have a bug shield and it happens at high way speeds

the bug sheild deflect air to the moulding around the windsheild. take and put some two sided tape behind both a piller mouldings and it will go away

Any chance you could post a picture of where you are referring to A pillar mouldings?

I too have this noise, and wish to do this fix, but want to make sure I do it correctly.

I took my bug deflector off and it went away. :)
