I just got hit in the front and took it to the shop. I have a 01 gmc and I want to convert to 03-06 front end, beside the grille and bumper I know that. I've been searching and a lot of people been saying all you have to do is the brackets but some other people are saying you have to cut off your old frame horns and weld or get the bolt on frame horns. If thats the case where can I get them and how much are they? Please give me some help asap because I have to let the body shop know.
Thanks you guys

Thanks but those are for a chevy not GMC, do I have to use thoughs from the chevy or just get the bumper brackets for the 03 Gmc like I thought and I don't have to do anything to the frame. My thoery is they would change the brackets which I know they did because they are different and have different parts numbers but why would they change the frame because it would cost GM tons of money to change it.

The frame on a silverado is the exact same thing as the frame on a sierra. The only difference is the body panels like nekkidhillbilly said. The only thing you have too do is replace those brackets and you'll be set. Also to the best of my knowledge the link for the brackets that I gave you will fit your truck too. Since it has the same frame as a chevy.
