R U stock and no one tank will not hurt. May make the truck regen a little extra.

Probably not LSD, especially since you said it is a new station. Sounds like an old label that never got changed. The distributors started changing over about 1 1/2 years ago, and the old stuff should be long gone by now.

It will run fine, you may see a little more blue smoke on regen but it wont hurt it. I played around with different fuels trying to figure out why mine smoked heavy, miles after regen, the thought was it was the fuel, I ran ULSD, Bio and then I ran LSD for 1000 miles, no difference, but a little more smoke during regen. The rumor is that the blue smoke was from a hole or crack in the DPF which has now fixed it self and not from the fuel,...the truck now no longer smokes, even with LSD in it. No codes, also it ran the same on LSD.

did you change your fuel filter yet? you may want to after switching from fossil to bio. bio has a tendency to really clean your lines out and gunk up filters after the first tank.

I've ran 2 tanks back to back and no problem. I'm back on the ULSD now but never saw any difference on regen or nothing.

There's a TON of discussion on the use of higher sulfur fuels on this forum. Do a search for my posts, which include links to the scientific testing of the emissions systems for the EPA and the manufacturers. The use of LSD is illegal, but it WILL NOT HARM YOUR TRUCK !!!!! You have to use it continuously for at least 40,000 miles for any deterioration in the performance of the DPF to become evident.

When I had my dpf I ran LSD 2x. No problems. Just regened more. I wouldn't run it a lot though.

There's no need to keep speculating about whether a tank or two of lsd will cause problems - IT DOESN'T !!!!!

Go Here to find the links to extensive scientific testing of the emissions systems.

Look down the page to where I have summarized the test data and posted the links.

When a ran 20% Bio, Safeway brand it did smoke a lot more and I noticed also a lack of power. Safeway, I heard now only sells 5% Bio.

Winter blend?

Winter blend?Safeway in Colorado is only ULSD, no bio - been using for 7,500 miles - no issues.
