There isn't a section for the New Venture NV3500 5-Speed manual, so I'll post it here. But what are the gear ratios of that trany. I found
1st-4.02
2nd-2.32
3rd-1.40
4th-1.00
5th-0.73

Are these correct? I discovered my truck is suppose to have the MW3 option, but at some point a 4L80E was installed. My book says the MW3 is the 3500, but an online site says its suppose to be a 4500. Which trans is the MW3?

the 95 1 ton truck in your sig would have come with the nv4500, much heavier duty than the nv3500. ratio's look right for the nv3500 that you listed, nv4500 is slightly differant.
1st-either 6.55 or 5.6:1, both versions available
2nd-3.6:1 if i remember right
3rd-2.3:1 ish
4th-1:1
5th-.75:1

usually with the manual tranny questions we stick them in the zf6 oem section, just so you know.
