Im looking for the best sounding, best performance, and maybe best MPG put of just exhaust. I will be doing a chip and that other fun stuff at a later date. So let me know what yall think is the best exhaust for my 04 LB7.

MBRP & banks are both good. I have the MBRP cool duels.

We have the Banks on ours. I love the sound of it. Not too loud or obnoxious, just makes it sound like it's got a pair.

The stock exhaust is nice and quiet, so expect to hear a little change in tone. I've very recently installed Banks and am very happy with the tone and installation. I haven't even gone through one full tank yet so can't say how much of a change you'll see, but I suspect it would be minimal. Change the exhaust because you want to aid in the longivity of your turbo. I'm not sure about MBRP, I'm happy with the Banks but suspect you'll be happy with either.

MBRP on mine. Easy to install yourself, a little noiser than stock but sure sounds nice. Also lowered EGTs 150 to 200 degrees. ):h

I have a magnaflow aswell and it sounds great. not to loud at idle, but when u put the pedal to the metal it roars. Many people here have straight piped their trucks which cost alot less then full exhaust. never heard a straight pipe, but i imagine it sounds good enough to save the $400-800 bucks you could spend on a full exhaust..
