Just thought I'd pass this along. I buy my additive in a large jug and need measure the amount needed to add. I found that I needed just under 125 ml per 1/4 tank.
But it can be a pain to measure at the time.
Found these from a guy in Birmingham. He sales them through his website http://www.onlinesciencemall.com (http://www.onlinesciencemall.com/Shop/Control/fp/scat/41057/SFV/30852) and Ebay. They are thick plastic and have screw on lids that don't leak. Now I just fill them up and put them in the toolbox. They fit well in the filler neck and empty quickly.
Ther about $3.50 a piece.
