There seems to be oil leaking from under the intake pipe it is pretty thick sludge like on the pasenger side what is this and how to fix

From what I can see it maybe a gasket.

That is on the EGR. You probably are getting the residue from the pcv system. Block your EGR and reroute your pcv. This will get the oil out of the intake. Both the block and the reroute can be found in the DIY section.
