Hi All,
I've recently purchased a '99 2500GD Suburban 6.5L TD and would like to get th engine gone over by a good mechanic. It's in good shape, but being a work truck, I want to make sure it's worth investing my time and money before doing some mods. Unfortunately, I only know gas mechanics and nobody knows of a diesel mechanic that they would recommend.:confused:

I'm looking for a good (and reasonably priced) mechanic in the Dayton-Cincinatti area.

I've gotten one to two references on another board, and found a site listing mechanics by state and town (none near me). I found this board and thought I'd try it too.
