I just filled my 05 Duramax for the third time and was about to close the fuel door when I noticed the sitcker on the inside of the door "Low Sulphur Diesel Only"!

I know there is a fuel in Ca known as "green diesel" that is use is special equiped vehicles. Does my 05 require special fuel? If so what harm have I caused to my engine? I have not noticed any pumps stating it is low sulphur. Could it be that all fuel sold in Ca is low sulpur?:confused:
And of course the dealer did not inform me of any special fuel requirements when I purchased my truck.

What you get at the pump in CA is #2 low-sulphur. You can relax and resume sleeping at night now):h
