I have a buddy willing to buy a set of new injectors for his truck. He owns a 1994 non-turbo Cheyenne with the 6.5.
Here is the VIN : 1GCEK19P2RE272202

We have been told that 1994 and 1995 P series need specific injectors (a matter of thread I believe), is this true?
I have seen on fleabay some vendor saying their injectors will fit all from 1993 to 2000, including non turbo, so?

Am I maybe making a confusion about P series? Is this maybe something special such as Vans or else and not the 8th digit of VIN we're talking about? :think:

Anybody can clarify for us?

Check Diesel Pro's posts for the last week or so. I think he posted the part numbers for all o f them and I think it was in one of his marine injector test threads.
