Anyway, the question is, has anyone found out how to activate the high idle function with EFI or something rather than going to the dealer and dropoing the 200 bucks? Or can it even be done? I know EFI is advertised to make the Tech II look like a thing of the past.:D

just install a high idle switch and put in on the dash all you do is put 12v to pin 60 and pin 8 on the c1 connector its gives you 800, 1200, 1600rpm

yeah they got the same ecm as a LBZ right the bosch 32bit dont they

theydo i dont know tht the pinouts are the same i wouldent think they would be ?

i put a high idle on my truck its a LBZ and it works good im pretty sure the LMM pins are the same

High idle has been a request from a number of our users, beta testers and resellers.

It's on the list for future enhancements, along with LOTS of other goodies for LMM. Significant progress has been made in the last couple of weeks in adding a whole range of tables for LBZ and LMM. Ross is hoping to release these into our BETA test arena before he goes to New Zealand in 2 weeks time......it would have been sooner but Ross just lost a week on Jury Duty.
