In the mornings when i start my truck and go to put it in gear i get a Range shift inhibited in the DIC, until truck warms up alittle(its about 28 degrees here). I got the codes P0841, P0843, P0846, and a P0700. I replaced the NSBU switch and just changed the spin-on about 4000 miles ago. What do you think my problem is and what do i need to do to correct it??

I have heard of wiring-rub at the top of the trans-- may want to check the wires. :)

I have an 02 dura/ali and at 115k I went to start the truck and the R or D would have the box blink. Meaning not enough fluid in the TC. This is caused by a $25 poppet valve that when the truck is running and the transmision pressurizes the ball pushes back on the spring and allows fluid to flow back through the filter. The poopet valve does not close all the way now either from some obstruction or weak spring and over the course of a week if my truck sits it drains back. I let the truck idle for about 20 minutes and drive it.
Dealer quoted $2,600.00 to pull trani for .5 hour job to change poppet.
I am not fixing this it is livable and does not happen when I drive the truck every day.
