I am interested in upgrading the tranny to be able to use a programmer on all levels. In another post I read about upgrades to 400 hp with the copilot and up to 600 hp with another. I am quite far from CA, so I doubt that I will drive out there or but maybe I would ship my tranny out there, but I would be without for a while. Are there any local shops in MN or WI that are able to complete these upgrades, any worth while upgrades I can do myself, or how long does it take if I were to ship it out(from previous experiences)?

Don't know where you're at but Eric (dmaxlliTech) is up in Michigan. He's the man to see. He does ATS and Suncoast trans upgrades...

Stock transmissions have been known to handle 400 rear wheel with careful towing.
A copilot with ATS triple loc will handle 600+ rear wheel all day long.
A shift kit from Transgo can take it to 600 rear wheel when combined with a good converter.
