This looks like a problem. Since I bought my truck used, it's never been to the dealer. I never had a pcv valve replaced and never had courtesy transportation for 2 days. Is this dealer trying to make money off GM??

No such thing as making money off of GM, I'm here to tell ya):h It was probably a screwed up warranty claim from the last repair that they had to correct...

I just looked at my maintenance records and on that date of the supposed pcv replacement I wasn't even at 77500. I do have the GMPP extended warranty until 100000Km. I don't want to get screwed.
