I do alot of cutting at work I wear a pair of riding goggles to thy are more comfortable and they help keep crap from slipping by the cracks between the glasses and your face...

I can see that for sure- they seal around the face well. I wear those when I ride out in the ocean. Mid-westerners aren't adapted to salt water.

My guess is he's having that idiotic gm setup fixed. There is no g-d reason why they should hang down that far to catch rocks, weeds, whatever. I wish they would also point the u-bolts upwards on the rear axle so they wouldn't get fubared as well.

The tank should be getting installed after my A.M. appointment White Dually that some DP Famous Super Star is bringing in for service:lol: . The front is pretty much all done but the H.I.D head lights and fogs :bling:.

Maintenance parts already. How many miles? Any HARD off roading?

not much maintenance, just - re gearing, new air ride (bling), new stereo (bling), new H.I.D.s (bling) New UCA w Uni-balls (dont like grease on my pc)

I think I got about 10-12K miles on my lift, The only off Roading I do is pull my 16K lb toy hauler in to the dunes and then drag race my truck on sand high way and jump dunes, I dont rock crawl. I do play in the mud and snow when I get a chance. And YES ITS NOT JUST A CONCRETE COWBOY (like the ford owners are):D

As of last year we started getting customers asking us to do some audio & video while there truck was here getting suspension work. Thankfully we have a 2 techs/very close friends of mine (Jeriah & Jerry) that did audio and video a few years back so we started adding that to the list of things when big project builds came in. Since I am a suspension guy Jeriah started Nor-Cal Audio witch is housed here @ Nor-Cal Truck. For now it is not something we push alot of, but if it is something someone wants we are available to do it. Custom boxes, Amp racks, Video and Audio we offer Nor-Cal Audio for solutions.

On Gab's truck we kinda re freshed the previous install. We added a few new parts and re-used most that was there.

I talk to the suspension dept. today and they said around noon tomorrow. :confuzeld. The sound dept said they are done. :D The suspension dept had to wait for the truck to get out of the sound dept. so they can get it back into their area and put it on the lift to finish it up!

Audio & Video:

-Kenwood dnx7100
-Boyo chrome lic plate camera
-1000 watt power inverter
-Custom amp rack
-12 volt plug
-a/v plate rear console


Install overview,
Installed 7100 w/ full integration of factory Bose system w/ OnStar and steering wheel controls. the system can run w/o key via overhead console switch. Removed existing wiring and ran new 4 gauge power and ground wire. Added 1000 watt inverter to run x box located under amp rack also linked to a/v plate in console( a/v plate turns on inverter). Truck has 3 DVD sources 7100 and 1 aux a/v input, x box and clarion stand alone DVD in dash. Front screen and 2 head rest monitors w/ infared headphones can watch any of the 4 a/v sources at the same time or each can watch source independently. Auto page alarm w/ remote start, turbo timer and bed cover control open and close w/ remote.

Install done by Jeriah & Jerry (Nor-Cal Audio)


On the Suspension side,

-RCD Super-Flex Sway Bar End Link Kit
-Fox 2.0" RR / 2 more in the rear

I am doing 13-14 mpg in the city 15-17 on the freeway. I am on the gas all the time. The freeway is at 75 mph.

It's a anderson ... but I am not sure what he did to the balls. Maybe greese applied VERY nice.

That is an Anderson Rapid hitch. The balls are greasless balls. They have a coating on them so you do not need to grease them.

I sprayed SlipPlate Graphite Spray on them. Yes I did it VERY nice. :D

damn inferno i wish i could be a baller like you..lol how you been bro. well just an update the dmax is still down. just finished all the fiberglass dash, door panels and custom center counsel with 4 12's and a 15" tv in it. gotta take the body off to paint the frame then in for paint it goes. shaved the door handles and antenna put some 83 caddy lights in the rear and thats bout it. hopefully be done by august...ill post pics

You can say that again. Our trip 23-28 July I could not believe how many people were there. We ended up about 200 yards from the stop signs and hooked a left and rolled up into the soft stuff about 200 yards. It was a great time once we used three trucks to tow our friend with a great big moterhome up in their.
