I'm curious if there is any way to swap in a manual transfer case? I've never been into the whole push button deal. Is there any possibility of adapting the current t-case to a floor shift or is there an easier swap? Thanks.

You arent really much better with a floor shift.

The front axle is still engaged with the same electric encoder motor and there is still a computer driving it. The front axle encoder motor is always the one to fail on these trucks, so even if you have a floor shift and this fails, you're not going anywhere.

Yes it is possible, you need a new transfer case, new TCSM (computer), new wiring harness, and the associated linkage and shifter. If you have a center console it wont fit.
