I am wondering if the dmax and allison have a magnetic oil drain plug?

If not where can i get one of each?

Thanks

The allison has a magnetic donut ring in the spin on filter. I have the fumoto oil drain plug for convenience and to avoid the mess of oil hitting the skid plate during draining. Others have talked about using magnets on the oil filter. Here is another thread which talks about a couple of alternatives. I figure I am going to be replacing the oil filter often enough and chose not to do anything for the oil.

Visit www.avlube.com if you'd like a magnetic drain plug for your oil pan. I really like the one I ordered from Mr. Morrison.

I talked to them and they do not sell them any more. Any other place you guys know of?

I've been running the Filtermag product on my fuel, oil, and trans filters. A magnetic drain plug is nice, but a Fumoto is nicer, and a Filtermag is more effective.

Filtermag pricing (listed on my site) has recently dropped significantly recently as well...
