Can i cut off the crank cace vent and the 6.6 tube on the plastic intake that bolts to the turbo and fill in the holes with fiber glass so it looks cleaner than just capping them? And if i cant use fiber glass then what could i use?

I wouldn't use anything that could potentially get sucked into the turbo.

I'm thinking it is ABS plastic. You could patch it on the outside with a ABS sheet glued in place. A voice from the corner here says JB Weld. But I wouldn't.
Plastic has many configurations. I would think to be sure of a bond and not make the plastic more brittle you would need to know the specifics (that piece must go through some major temp changes). I decided to plug for two reasons, got a lathe and could make the plug out of a hockey puck (Canada eh!) (held in with 2 small sheet metal screws that are glued in to the plug) and could take out in case a dealer needed to open my hood again. Did you notice the lack of a seal to the turbo? I thought that was cheap.

Aron, what are you doing that for? Not that I'm being critical, I just don't know.
Where might I have seen that truck parked?? I"ll keep an eye out.

First thanks for all the imput, second, Im doing this because I dont like the look of a stoopid plastic cover that covers my bautiful $10000 engine and turbo that deserves all the attention under my hood and i want to paint the hole intake carbon metallic to match the truck. Also i want to vent the crank case gasses into the atmosphere instead of the turbo intake.
caswell- in sutherland sum where. You also might be familur with my last truck a sunset orange metallic LB7 it had 17" egal alloy 102's 35"bfg A/T's 4 "trailmaster lift and a 4" flow master. I ripped around everyware with that truck till its end:( . But its good to know theres other locals hear:ro) sounds like you got a fast ride maby we'll race when i get the six gun):h

It would be neat to see that wrapped in carbon fibre. Not practical, but neat.

I wonder what that would cost?

I know a guy that dips things in various patterns, including carbon fiber. I know a gunstock is less than $150 cdn. I cannot see it being that much more.
