They both say GM part # 15754097 and should be 145A. One is marked Delphi, and one is marked DR44

They are both pictured, but I'm trying to find out what the difference is. they both claim to be factory GM parts.

Any advice would be apprecaited.

DR is Delco Remy. When GM formed and spun off Delphi, all DR plants became Delphi plants.
