I have had the Predator 40 horse tow tune on my truck for about a month now and I've noticed a fuel leak kind of smell around the fender wells and grill area now after I shut it off. Anyone else experience this?

I also was wondering since the instruction manual does not jive with my truck as far as fuse labels and locations, is it even necessary to pull the radio, On-star etc. fuses when programming and changing things anyway?

Thanks...

J.E.

My truck vibrated a fuel fitting loose. About 2 days after I noticed the smell the puddle began. Took the dealer about 5 minutes to find and fix. I hope yours is that simple.

J.E.I always pull the onstar fuse and I'll tell ya why. The one and only time I had a problem downloading the tow tune was when I decided not to pull the fuse. The download failed and the truck would not start. Sceeered the begeebees out of me. I started the download over, after pulling the fuse, and it worked OK. I also didn't screw up my stock tune but I was nervous until I tried it and found it was OK.
I just pull one fuse("SEQ 1" I think)which turns off the Onstar light on the mirror.
