I don't think you have near enough fuel for that big of a jet. Have you tried jetting down? Try about half that jet, I bet it runs faster. If you don't have a tranny then I am surprised that thing is holding up.

personally i think the pred provides enough fuel in the stack but the shifts are every slow,tranny is a hold back,and a 93 jet its a start but i would go back wards then keep adding until you peak the time out andstart dropping then back to best point

He has a stage v transmission and there is still some black smoke with a smaller jet. I don't know which nozzle he has. I am going to let him borrow the VA200++ and see if it makes a difference.

make sure he has the hot juice, a friend has the 125 and its nothing like mine

Thanks for the info. yes I have a SC stage 5 with all the goodies . Down sized the jet and it does run beter. So how bout some propane or a bigger program? I am looking for the 12's how bout it? Single most powerfull tune is a TTS Extreme(switchable 80-120-Extreme)

Best stack seems to be the quad/juice. If you wana do it on the cheap you might be able to get a used 215 quad since there a few people that bought Extreme's that are now selling thier quads ;)

more than likely your going to need to raise the rev limiter to run a big VA.

It should be running 13.8's on motor without nitrous.. I have the same stack and it's best is a 13.73 on 35'' tires.. I think it can do better though.. I was running predator on stock tune and edge on 5 to run the 13.7's.. I saw where someone here ran his predator on 120 and his juice on 2 and picked up quite a bit of horsepower on the dyno.. I tried it.. I made a pass this way and it ran a 14.0 or 14.1 in 2wd and I had quite a bit of wheelspin (horrible 60' time).. The power was smoother as well.. Truck smokes a lot less though.. I tried to use the nitrous as well.. I picked up nothing.. I need to go down jet sizes, or install the fuel pump I have sitting in my closet.. =) ......... We'll see.. Try your tune like I did and see if it helps you out.. I had been waiting for the new TTS programmer before sinking any more money in others.. Thinking about selling this truck now, so I'm at a standstill..
