Coincidentially enough, about 2 days after i got my recall letter for the guage cluster malfunctions my speedo started acting up. The rest of my guages seem to be in working order, but basically my speedo sits at 100 km/h when im not even moving, and climbs up while i accelerate, so quite obviously its screwed. Only problem is im 14 hrs from home working up north, so i have to wait till the next time in down south to get it into the dealer for the replacment. If need be i can guage my speed by the rpms while im on the highway heading home, but i dont assume theirs any small and or temporary fix its for this? Some insight would be greatly appreciated.

Mine did the same thing...worked great till i got the letter...that must be the jinx.

funny how shit like that happens eh. I got my injector letter also, hopefully those dont decide to go next haha.

It's kind of hard to judge speed with rpm because any hills will throw you off. You can probably do something with gps and rpm. Gps speed monitoring will tell you what your speed WAS not what it IS but you can probably make it work.

oya definatly going to get them fixed. But i still have the 14 hour drive to get back home from up north hha. Should be interesting, although cops are fairly rare to see on the highways.
