hey everyone,

I just got some sleeves today and decide to install them. I took the tie rod ends off (counting the turns) ended up being 28 turns. But when i put the sleeves on and then the lock nut i would only go 24. So the ? in can i loose the lock nut and tighten the sleeve down, so i can get the extra 4 turns?

Anybody else had this problem?

I tossed the lock nut and used the sleeve as the lock nut. Works fine.
