: Contact at CST?

Anyone have a name/number/email of a contact at CST?

After much research, I decided to bite the bullet and pay the (HUGE) premium for one of their kits.

So I put together a detailed email to their service/sales departments asking for specifics to place my order.

Two weeks later, no response (but I know they got it because I sent two emails, one which they did respond to).

Pretty disappointing first experience. If I'm gonna pay bank for anything, I expect that company to go above and beyond in the service department. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and not the norm for them.

So any of you guys that have worked with CST, you have any contact info?

Thanks!

Thanks Mike330R.

Update:
I sent them another email after this post and finally got a response. I don't think their customer service dept. is very Internet-savvy. When they respond, it's always IN ALL CAPITALS, and they miss emails as we've seen. Best bet may be just to call them, but I like having things in writing, so hopefully they'll work on this. Aside from this, I haven't heard a bad thing about CST, except for maybe the price premium. Then again, if I'm paying top dollar for this kit, I expect top shelf service and a quick response.

It's the type that should send you to another manufacturer and tell this idiot to shove his lift kit up his Censored .

No need for that kind of responce from any one trying to sell a product, and it would be a cold day in hell before they got 1 of my hard earned dollars

Sounds like they just don't care! Makes you wonder after you drop 2-3gs on their kit and tires and wheels what their tech support is like!

I know that caps mean yelling, or aggressively stating something, but I would of never put them in there if they would have responded to my first inquiry. Better yet if they would state that the 3500 interchanges with the 2500 there would of never been a inquiry. What it really comes down to is that I am the one who is spending the money. They are the ones who want my money. To me that means the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!!! That is the way I treat my customers as long as they stay within a reasonable boundary. My post by no means IMO overstepped that boundary.

Dang bigwhitehd - they really did you right! You are a believer in that product - I can tell by your posts. I tell ya, if I don't move forward with the CST, I'm going to have to really consider Cognito seriously based on your posts alone! :)

I believe CST is a great company. i have had their 6'' lift now for almost 2 years and wouldnt go with any thing else. Only difference i would do is add polyurethane bushing all around. But i was in constant contact with CST before i purchased my lift and got great customer and advice. The only negative thing i could say about them is @ the time they werent producing enoughs lifts @ once. i had to wait a month before i could get mine @ the time.

Everybody has bad days and whomever sent that was having one of them. Just remember CST sells their lifts to dealers and not direct. The jagoff that responded is'nt making any money off you, the kit you end up with has already been sold. Not to side with him, it was certainly not called for, someone like that should not be handling customer service. My experience with them was nothing short of complete satisfaction. There's always one in every crowd though isn't there? Good look whichever choice you make.

I dealt with Jeff at performancelifts.com. He set me up and From the day I talked to him to the day the kits was at my house was three days. Free shipping. try there, worked great for me
