Has any one had any problems with their key sticking in the ignition? I Went to Florida on sat and on sunday when i finally got their my key wouldnt come out of the ignition. So I let it run all night long because i didnt want to take the chance of it running my batt. down or me breaking the key off 1200 miles from home. If anyone else has had this happen let me know and if you did anything to fix it? I finally jacked with it when i got it home and got it out and now its not doing anything. thanks

And with a two horse g/n trailer and two big horses inside i got 12.8 mpg going about 75 mph to 80mph. I had my evo set on level 1 economy. From any one elses road trips is that any good or terrible?

Someone had a post on here a couple years back about that I think. His problem was compounded because he lived on an Alaskan island and the nearest dealer was something like 500 miles away. IIRC, he had to replace the ignition switch.

BTW: Lower your MPH to 60 and I bet you get a couple more mpg.

I got really good gas millage on the way down there but after 22 hours straight of a drive down there i was ready to hurry up and get home. so 60mph was not a option.

Also, try wiggling the shifter around...in gear, in park, in gear, in park. Sometimes the pin that lets the lock cylinder turn backwards gets stuck. Happened a few times in my 99. Just a thought.
