Been noticing lately that when I turn into a shopping center , gas station, or anything with a regular slope i hear my cab squeak, kind of like its flexing. kind of sounds like somethings rubbing together

Lots of threads on this. It's most likely the door weather stripping, usually where the door meets the roof. Use some liquid silicone lube and it will go away for a while.
