But going down the freeway had the juice in i think i was in leave 4 if i would get in to it it would blow out cold air it has never done this befor what could it be??

your post is confusing. What did they fix? Scratch is what they did or what they are fixing? It blows cold air when going down highway?

Yes, the dealer scratched the faceplate to my heater and they installed a whole new unit.
When i put the juice in level 4 and am gettin into it, the heater blows cold air instead of hot, even though it is set at 90 degrees and prolly around medium-high speed for blowing the heat. When i rev up the RPM's to get a lil smoke going... i get cold air for a few seconds(anywhere from 10-20 seconds) until i let off, then the heat startes coming back as normal.
