I looked up what they all meant and ran a search on what they really meant.

The codes are as follows:

U0100
P0101
P0106
P0700
P0299
P0234

It's only about 15* here and it is snowing. I reset them 3 times before it would clear my check engine light. I kept getting u0100 back and p0106.

My driveshaft came out a few weeks ago and was just wondering if this has anything to do with it? I'm at 36,500 miles so just over warranty. Should I take it into the dealer to relocate the MAF?

yes take it to the dealer, 36,500 miles is not that far out of warranty, and any good dealer should goodwill it. They probably wont warranty any suspension or drivetrain parts due to the lift and tires.
