i did one over the weekend on a dodge w/ a few mods, very easy install and held a constant 17psi under heavy accelleration, and it's adjustable.

Their web-site doesn't get to specific. How does it work without a return line? Duramax doesn't need over 10PSI to the injection pump does it or am I wrong. Is it just an air-dog pump minus the filters? Soo many questions:confused:

from what the instructions say you remove the fuel supply line from the suction tube, then remove the other end from the fuel cooler and take it out. then t the pump in there.

i have instructions if you want me to forward them to you.

But, i do belive that if you run the 150 GPH, they suggest you use their 5/8 PVC pickup. Which requires you to pull the bed or drop the tank and drill a hole. The 5/8 pickup is nice, then you just run the 1/2 line from it to the fuel cooler. Its a nice setup.
The way i understand it is that it IS just the pump minus the filtes. The same setup as the FASS system. You can get it with or without the filters. Thats what i've been told.

This pump does not have a return line, so no 1/4 tank issues. I'm testing one this week and will let you guys know how it goes. I'll run it at the drag races and see how it fairs with race tune fueling. I'll keep track of fuel pressure.

I carry these pumps, but want real world results before I will recommend them.

Rob, Are you running the larger pickup, or through the stock sending unit?

I have been running the larger billet pickup. I'm testing the 150gph unit.

Is it turned on by ignition, oil pressure harness or by other means? Can you hear it run like the FASS?

Forget the questions just ordered a 100gph. It will probably take a day in the shop just to thaw the truck out. This winter has been a little rough. But I will do a little pressure testing. Tracks around here are under 3 feet of snow.

Will the cp3 still draw fuel from the tank with the lift pump turned off like they can with Fass pumps?
