I need to change my #3 injector. Has any one done this? Is it difficult? I am pretty mechanically inclined, I just want to cear up any surprises I may have.

You got an 05 so at least the valve cover can stay put.Guess its just moving everything else in the way to get at it.Havent done one yet myself so maybe a veteran will chime in.

#3 fortunately for you is one of the easier ones to R&R. Its quite simple. The only thing I would warn you about is to watch the little return line clip so that you dont lose it, as your dealership probably wont have a replacement available. When you reassemble, put the clip back on the injector before you install the injector. Then you just push the return line on until it clips vs trying to install the clip afterward.

It's not hard at all, hardest part is getting to the injector, not sure what is in the way of #3, but I did #1 and it was a pain being right under the FICM.

also Tony Burkhard keeps those clips in stock, they ARE a booger. One lil slip and you've lost it.
