Like title said. I helped a guy add factory cruise control to a 6.0L work truck. All we added was the factory stick with cruise and a four wire harness that connected on a junction block under the ip. If anyone needs help just let me know and I can get part numbers for you.

I'll get all the info next week. I don't know how far back you can do this but it worked on the '05.
