Ive been driving and the trans is learning still when to shift, getting close to perfect. In Suncoasts instructions they say after the shifts are normal, you must do the same learning process in tow-haul mode. My question is do I do this when not towing? or I have have it learn under load?

Teach T/H without a load the exact same way you did o/d and when you do put a load on it the rest of the relearn won't take very long at all.

Since the SC IV is a kit, can I assume your asking whose kit is better? If so, go with the SC IV;).
