Did you properly line up timing marks on timing gears, and set IP to correct timing position, are you getting fuel to IP inlet need more info, is it ebven trying to start or just crank, any heavy fuel smell or smoke from tail pipe

Disconnect and Reconnect the fuel shutoff solenoid wire listen for the clicking sound. You might have those two wires mixed up Take a look and see if there is two wires going to the injection pump, I am guessing that there are. Make sure that they are not switched around. One wire goes to the fuel shut off solenoid and the other goes to the cols start solenoid. Verify power going into both wires if you are sure they are spot on.

Sometimes it does take a while to get to the injector after all of the work that you have done. I am sure you have done this. Crack one of the injectors and crank her over. I usually pull a bit on the steel line after cracking the 3/4 nut and then crank.
Check pressure from the lift pump. I don't know what the specs are 3 1/2 psi or more. Disconnect the fuel return from the fitting and run a line down to a bucket and crank her again, if she starts up then you have excessive back pressure on the fuel return line. If you have any fuel coming then My basic theory is you should be good.

Try disconnecting the opt sensor on top of the IP. Try and start. It will run in dumb mode but it should start. Then post what happened.

I just did my IP and cranke dthe poo out of it with no luck. There is a bleeder valve on the drivers side of the IP I belileve it is a #40 torx bit I finally cracked the bleeder and she fired right up. A friend of mine told me there was an airblock in the IP which prevented it from pumping the fuel. Just anotheroption not to mention you will know for sure that IP isworking.
