GOT A QUESTION BEFORE I CHANGE THE FUEL LINES ON MY SUBURBAN 99 6.5 ONE IS LEAKING AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT WHAT DO I HAVE TO BE CAREFULL AS FAR AS GETTING AIR IN THE INTAKE AND HOW CAN I DRAIN THE AIR IF ANY? AFTER REPLACEMENT OR I DONT HAVE TO WORRY OF ANY AIR GETTING IN THE LINES I KNOW FORDS WILL NOT START IF ANY AIR GOES IN THE LINES CAN THIS HAPPEN WITH CHEVY? IM NOT SURE NEED HELP BEFORE I REPLACE THE LINES! ALSO THERE IS A FUEL FILTER AIR BLEEDER WHERE IS LOCATED?
DONT WANT TO GET A NO START CONDITION!

ALSO IS IT NORMAL TO SEE THE ARMONIC BALANCER WITH LIKE A LITTLE WOOBLE?

If the harmonic balancer is wobbling, change it ASAP. Can cause major crankshaft failure.

You can bleed air thru the fuel filter bleeder. Then open the tee drain fitting up front that will get you to the pump. If you have to you can crack injector lines to bleed to them. Usually you dont have to go that far. Bleed the fuel filter and usually you'll be good to go.

Heath Diesel is selling OEM Balancers made by Delphi I believe. Good price too. You may have to jump the OPS depending on what year your truck is to run the fuel pump.
