Ok I tried out the 50/50 timing calc that josh made and I was woundering if this looked right or not the timing seems kinda high to me but I am new to diesel tuning so what do I know.

i would have to see your main injection pusle width table and know what your max usec is. as far as being to high, my race tune gets up to 29.7 so just depends on how long the injector is open .pics of my race tune table

well cant figure out how to do a screen snap shot on my laptop so ? the data in the tables is valid just doesnt look the same , the data table is the main injection pusle width and the timming is the main injection timming.

cant get it to work, any way my max usec is around 3000, and my max timming is 29.7 ( race tune )hope any of this help i wish i could have got the tables posted. the more you read on the subject the more it makes sense. :)

hey thankx for the help really I can show you my main pulse widths and stuff if you want but as long as it look like it will run ok I am going to try it

it will probly run fine , one thing i change in almost all of my timming tables is rows 0/20 mm3 down to 3600 rpm i run low timming if not i get some chatter every so often at part throttle
